Human Rights Policy
Calvexa Group / IRIS C2 (2026)
I. Mission & Ethical Foundation
Calvexa Group ("the Company") provides advanced offensive cyber capabilities to protect national security, dismantle transnational criminal networks, and ensure the safety of the digital domain. We acknowledge that while our products—including IRIS C2, MANTIS, and STINGER—are designed to neutralize threats, their misuse could adversely impact individual rights to privacy and expression.
We are committed to the U.S. National Security Strategy (2025), which prioritizes the "preemptive erosion" of adversary capacity while maintaining the integrity of the U.S. technology ecosystem.
II. Commitment to International Standards
In accordance with 2026 U.S. policy, we align our operations with:
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights as a foundational risk management framework.
- The Tallinn Manual 2.0, specifically regarding the application of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and Human Rights law in cyberspace.
- NSPM-13 and PPD-41, ensuring that our "offensive pillar" operations are authorized and conducted under proper federal oversight.
III. Rigorous Customer Vetting & Due Diligence
Calvexa does not sell to the general market. We exclusively license our technology to:
- U.S. Government Agencies (Title 10/50) and vetted Five Eyes (FVEY) intelligence and military partners.
- Tier-1 Defense Prime Contractors who demonstrate CMMC Level 2 compliance and adhere to strictly defined mission-specific end-use cases.
Our due diligence process involves a comprehensive Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA) for every new mission set, specifically evaluating the potential for collateral impact on non-combatants or civil society.
IV. Product Design for Operational Accountability
Our platform is engineered to prevent unauthorized or unethical use by design:
- Mission-Specific Scoping: Implants like NIGHTSHADE and THERMITE are threat-specific and cannot be used for mass, non-targeted interception.
- Immutable Logging: All agentic AI actions and operator commands are recorded in tamper-proof logs, ensuring a clear chain of custody for digital evidence and post-mission auditing.
- Geofencing & Target Validation: Our AI Co-Pilot enforces strict "Rules of Engagement" (ROE) modules that prevent execution against prohibited target sets, such as domestic civil society or protected infrastructure.
V. Oversight & Remediation
- Whistleblowing Framework: We maintain an internal reporting mechanism for employees and partners to notify the Company of any suspected mission creep or misuse of the platform.
- Suspension of Service: In accordance with our contractual agreements, Calvexa reserves the right to terminate access and remotely neutralize deployed implants if a customer is found to be in severe breach of human rights commitments.
- Public Reporting: We are committed to transparency regarding our governance procedures, reporting annually on the effectiveness of our HRIA process to the extent permitted by national security constraints.
